Julien Bridge (_ESC1198)

Why can't we do this in Colorado? In southern France, Julius Caesar built Pont Julius in the year 3 AD. For the next 2,002 years, it served foot traffic and automobiles. It was replaced in 2005 by the span visible under the arch.
